Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end processing of student applications and generate offer letters

Ensure enrolments align with internal policies and external compliance requirements

Maintain accurate student records and database updates across all systems

Liaise with students and internal stakeholders to communicate outcomes and timelines

Deliver high-quality, timely, and student-focused administrative support

Work collaboratively with admissions and broader student services teams

Support reporting requirements using PRISMS for international student compliance

Provide assistance to the Lead Admissions Officer as needed
