Motorfit is seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and results-oriented Truck Sales Specialist to join our high-performance team. If you know trucks inside out and have the confidence to close deals, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

Sell new and used trucks to retail and wholesale customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and businesses

Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle solutions

Conduct test drives, inspections, and negotiate pricing

Assist with finance and insurance options when needed

Maintain a clean and accurate CRM and follow-up system

Work closely with our marketing team to target the right customers

What We’re Looking For:

Proven truck sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

Truck knowledge is a plus – engine types, configurations, payload, and compliance understanding

Ability to hit targets and close high-value deals

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Customer-first attitude with a professional presence

Valid driver’s license (HR/MR license is a plus)
