About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and forward-thinking Project Systems & Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys improving project systems and documentation, and is ready to grow alongside a dynamic business in the critical power generation EPCM space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project documentation, plans and templates, including:
- Technical schedules
- Project registers
- Logistics and shipping documents
- SWMS and OHS documentation
- Site management systems

Provide systems and documentation support to project teams

Translate high-level project vision into structured plans, tools, and reports

Build and manage SharePoint project sites

Support Power BI reporting and dashboards

Contribute to system design aligned with PMBOK and ISO 9001 best practices

About You

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

An excellent written communicator

Proficient with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, conditional formatting, intermediate formulas)

Experienced or enthusiastic about Power BI and SharePoint

Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused

Curious about the EPCM and critical power industry

Ready to take ownership, solve problems, and support team success

Passionate about systems design, project methodology, and quality standards

Salary & Benefits

$90,000 – $115,000 + super, depending on experience

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in a construction or engineering environment preferred

High-level proficiency in the Office 365 suite, particularly:
- Excel
- Power BI
- SharePoint
