Remuneration: $91,093 per annum pro rata + superannuation + salary sacrifice
About the Position:
The CQI Funding Contract Manager is responsible for leading and implementing an ongoing quality improvement framework for the Derby Aboriginal Health Service. This role provides guidance, training and support to staff on the quality management system and support DAHS and its clinics to meet compliance accreditation and licensing, quality standards, policy development and review.
Key duties include of:
Lead and support key influences, including managers, on strategies to foster an organisational culture that prioritises quality management and process improvement.
Coordinate the delivery of effective relevant training to ensure an understanding of quality management system principles, policies and procedures
Coordinate accreditation processes including audits, policies and procedures, action plans and employee education.

Derby Aboriginal Health Service (DAHS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) providing holistic primary health care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Derby and surrounding communities. DAHS provide a wide range of innovative public health programs in addition to direct comprehensive primary health care services.
About You:
To be considered for the position, you must meet the below criteria:
Tertiary Qualification or significant experience in coordinating and/or managing a Quality Management System
Experience in coordinating or participating in quality improvement initiatives
Ability to interpret, document and communicate performance data and information
Proven track record in Contract Management
Experience in grant writing, funding applications and reporting processes.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to plan and deliver training and education to staff at all levels of the organisation
High-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare formal reports, policies and stakeholder correspondence.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and supporting continuous learning within DAHS.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficient in the use of quality management systems, software tools, and Microsoft applications.
Current C class WA driver’s license.
National Police Clearance (issued within last 6 months).
Benefits:
Salary of $91,093 + superannuation
Annual Airfare Derby-Perth-Derby return after 12 months of continuous employment to the value of $1,683
Accommodation allowance of $7,800 towards rent expenses
5 weeks annual leave per annum pro rata with 17.5% Leave loading
Salary packaging gross up amount of $30,000 optional
