As a large and successful WA-owned and operated Property Developer specializing in residential and commercial development, Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd represents a partnership between Perth’s Golden Group and Agung Sedayu, one of Indonesia’s largest property corporations. Currently underway is the mega development project at Burswood Point.

The company is seeking the services of an experienced Project Coordinator to assist the team.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating the preparation and management of initial project documentation, including NDAs and MOUs, with all involved parties.

Developing and implementing structured time management frameworks, and preparing comprehensive weekly reports to support project oversight and team coordination.

Preparing detailed reports to support financial analysts in conducting risk management assessments.

Act as a point of contact between the project team members and the other departments within the company to ensure all parties involved stay informed on project updates.

Assist in allocating and tracking resources (staff, equipment, materials) needed for project tasks.

Manage project documentation, maintain project files, and coordinate meetings or workshops.

Support Project Team Leader in the execution of project plans.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Bachelor qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or Business Management.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).

1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the property development industry.

Experienced with Microsoft and Salesforce software.

High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.

The ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
