Jetwave Marine is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major marine and subsea project scopes. This key leadership position will oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and performance remain at the forefront of every operation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

Operational Oversight: Supervise all operational aspects of assigned work, promoting safe and efficient delivery.

Tendering & Estimation: Develop high-quality proposals and methodologies for tender submissions and client quotes.

Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, promoting collaboration and high performance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold compliance with HSEQ regulations and standards across all operations.

Contract Management: Oversee supplier and subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

Resource Coordination: Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Logistics Management: Coordinate the safe and timely movement of project equipment across sites.

Quality Assurance: Drive adherence to QA/QC standards and contribute to ongoing improvement of quality systems.

Innovation & Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

A valid driver’s license

Tertiary qualification in Project Management (preferred)

Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred) with 3+ years’ experience managing marine or subsea projects

Or

10 years of Industry experience

Skills & Competencies

In-depth understanding of subsea industry standards and practices

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder expectations

Skilled in project budgeting, scoping, and scheduling

Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools
