We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Projects team. You will work closely to our Commercial Manager managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, specifications, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial balustrade projects from award to completion

Work closely with contractors, architects, site managers, commercial manager and engineers.

Interpret and review construction drawings and project documentation

Schedule installations, manage procurement, and oversee site logistics

Ensure compliance with building codes, OH&S, and relevant Australian Standards

Monitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and maintain clear communication between office and construction sites.

Conduct regular site visits and quality checks

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in project coordination within the construction or commercial glazing industry

Strong eye for detail

Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and site protocols

Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Tech-savvy: excellent with project management tools, MS Office, and CAD

White Card and valid driver’s license essential
