Position description

• The APS4 Fraud Investigator is a team membership role working within defined parameters to apply established policies, principles, and procedures that support organisational objectives. The position provides operational and administrative support informed by sound knowledge, along with research and analysis activities. It also involves significant contact with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and advise on moderately complex enquiries.

Key Capabilities

• Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent
• Strong skills in data tools (Excel, iBase, Altia, CRM systems)
• Sound judgement and attention to detail
• Experience supporting learning, development, or operational procedures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
