MAYDAY Healthcare are on the lookout for a dedicated Practice Manager to join a well-established, high-performing medical centre in the Revesby area. As the Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You'll be leading an experienced team of reception and nursing staff, ensuring that patient care and clinical support are delivered to the highest standard. This is a diverse, fast-paced position requiring someone who is confident, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves!
You’ll be responsible for overseeing staffing, financials, patient experience, and compliance, all while fostering a supportive, patient-first culture.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Practice Management and customer service in a GP setting
- A strong understanding of Medicare processes and medical billing
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management abilities
- A team-focused mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
- A genuine desire to drive a positive patient and clinician experience
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading a dynamic team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the practice
- Effective staff rostering and diary management aligned to clinic needs
- Managing financial operations including billing, stock control, banking, and reporting
- Supporting the professional development of staff through coaching, mentoring and training
- Working closely with clinical leaders to support doctors and ensure optimal patient care
