The Role: Where Innovation Meets Impact

Partner with our Chief Medical Officer to lead operational excellence whilst driving ambitious growth plans. You'll manage high-performing teams of doctors, nurses, naturopaths, and admin staff in our fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation: Implement cutting-edge systems and automation to support rapid Australia-wide scale-up

Team Leadership: Inspire diverse healthcare professionals whilst recruiting exceptional talent

Operations Excellence: Streamline processes, manage scheduling, and optimise workflow across hybrid service delivery

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and stakeholder management

Quality & Compliance: Maintain healthcare standards, oversee MBS billing, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years healthcare administration/practice management with proven leadership success

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and enthusiasm for learning new clinic management systems

Experience managing professional teams, particularly healthcare practitioners

Healthcare billing and MBS claims processing knowledge

Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ideal:

Scale-up or rapid growth organisation experience

Telehealth platform knowledge

Understanding of women's health/menopause care

Passion for healthcare innovation
