About the role

This full-time Practice Manager position at Curalo Medical Clinic in Eden NSW offers an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a busy medical practice. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial and HR functions to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day administrative operations including scheduling, billing, payroll and inventory management

Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance management and staff development

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems to drive efficiency and quality

Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics to ensure the practice's objectives are met

Foster a positive, patient-focused practice culture and liaise with clinicians to optimise workflows

Identify opportunities for growth, improvement and innovation to position the practice for long-term success

What we're looking for

Experience in a healthcare practice management or equivalent role

Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clinicians, staff and patients

Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple priorities

Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies and best practices
