We’re on the lookout for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Strategist who’s confident with numbers, good with people, and enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end. You’ll inherit a portfolio of happy long-term clients, a well-documented playbook, and collaborate with our developers and designer.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that balances performance marketing with content, strategy, and technical know-how:
Strategy & Client Management
Lead digital strategy across eCommerce and service-based clients
Build trust through regular performance reviews, clear reporting, and strategic guidance
Spot opportunities for upsells, cross-channel growth, and experimentation
Plan quarterly check-ins and contribute to annual growth roadmaps
Paid Media & Performance
Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta campaigns
Optimise for conversions, ROAS, and client KPIs with tight budget control
Own conversion tracking, GTM setup, and campaign diagnostics
Test creative, audiences, and messaging - weekly/fortnightly updates expected
SEO & Content
Oversee core SEO health: site structure, internal links, metadata, keyword rankings
Collaborate with writers to brief, review, and optimise blogs & landing pages
Make small site updates via Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce backend
Coordination & Team Oversight
Brief our in-house devs, designers, and email specialists where needed
Keep tasks and updates organised via our internal tools
Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, content, and research
🧠 Skills & Experience We Value
3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or performance media
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (must-have)
Confident communicator with clients - written, verbal, Google Meet, or in-person
Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, and conversion attribution
Familiarity with SEO principles, Shopify/WooCommerce, and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
Able to spot a CRO issue, brief a fix, or test a workaround yourself
Strong with Canva or similar design tools
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO
Bonus: Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, or eCommerce CRO
