We’re known for real results, not marketing fluff - and we’re looking for a Digital Marketer who can help us build and optimise the systems that fill our pipeline with the right leads.

You’ll need to be all about moving fast, executing, iterating, and having elite attention to detail- you won’t be doing brand work or high-level strategy, but you’ll be the person we count on to turn strategy into working, converting campaigns.

This Opportunity is for You If You...

Have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - specifically, building funnels and running digital campaigns.

Know how to translate a big idea into a working landing page, email sequence, or campaign flow.

Live and breathe funnel builds, heatmaps, A/B tests, email automations, and small tweaks that drive big gains.

Have written or contributed to video scripts (ads, VSLs, webinar hooks) and know how to guide a creative team to bring them to life.

Are confident in tools like HighLevel, Hubspot, Everwebinar, and rely on numbers rather than guesswork.

Work well inside systems - not just designing strategy, but getting it launched, tracked and optimised.

Love collaborating with copywriters and designers but know how to drive a project on your own.

BONUS: You’ve worked in coaching, education or an info-product business (tell us in your application!)

This Role Probably Isn’t Right If...

You’ve never written a VSL, don’t know what CRO stands for, or haven’t built a funnel.

You want to be the "ideas" person but don’t want to build anything yourself.

You’re not comfortable working across multiple campaigns at once.

You need detailed instructions and constant oversight.

You shy away from numbers, testing, or reporting performance metrics.

You’ve never built a full funnel start-to-finish or can’t explain how you'd fix a low-converting page.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Building, launching, and optimising lead gen funnels (e.g. quizzes, VSLs, lead magnets, webinars, SLOs).

Working on the our Book Funnel journey: lead capture, retargeting, nurture, upsell.

Improving conversion rates through A/B tests, heatmap insights, and UX tweaks.

Translating marketing strategy into tactical funnel builds and campaign structures.

Briefing our tech team or working in no-code tools (HighLevel, HubSpot, Everwebinar, etc.).

Writing short-form ad scripts, VSL outlines, and email flows - working closely with our copywriter to maintain tone and performance.

Tracking campaign performance and flagging issues or opportunities.

What Success Looks Like:

Funnels are launched cleanly, tested, and on time - no delays, no tech messes.

Book Funnel is optimised for leads and sales - with continuous improvements quarter to quarter.

Email sequences and broadcasts are tight, on-brand, and drive response.

Your CRO and testing efforts increase opt-ins, clickthroughs, and customer journeys.

Internal teams (Events, Creative, Content) trust you to get the job done without chasing.

Funnel Launch Speed - From idea to live campaign with minimal rework.

Conversion Rates - Leads, opt-ins, landing pages, and email clickthroughs.

Funnel ROI - Lead cost, conversion rate, and upsell performance.

Role Details

Title: Digital Marketer (Funnels & Campaign Execution)

Reports to: Acquisition Lead/CMO

Location: Remote (AU/NZ preferred)

Hours: Full-time
