We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead existing key client relationships and deliver high-impact results across paid media campaigns. The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee complex digital campaigns across paid search and social for select key accounts specifically law firms. You’ll be the strategic lead and client advocate, guiding messaging, campaign execution, and performance optimization across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion.
This is a hands-on, strategic, and client-facing role for someone who thrives on partnership, precision, and performance.
Your primary account will be a large law firm, working directly with the account strategist and existing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of enterprise and mid-tier client accounts, particularly in professional services and lead-gen verticals.
Translate client business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies mapped to the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
Oversee campaign execution across paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and results.
Write or guide high-impact ad copy and messaging frameworks aligned to customer pain points, personas, and funnel stages.
Develop strategic creative briefs and collaborate with designers/content producers to bring campaigns to life.
Analyze performance metrics, lead A/B testing strategies, and identify optimization opportunities.
Deliver clear, data-informed reporting and strategic recommendations in client meetings and QBRs.
Manage internal resources and timelines using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), ensuring smooth delivery across creative, media, and analytics teams.
About You
Experience & Expertise
7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency environment managing multiple clients.
Deep experience running and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
Demonstrated success working with professional services brands (law firms, finance, consulting, B2B lead generation).
Proven ability to lead accounts with $250K+ monthly media spend.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, buyer psychology, and campaign personalization.
Skilled in writing and reviewing performance-focused ad copy, particularly for service-based offerings.
