The Opportunity
At Statewide, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated junior to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality service in the restoration and building sectors while gaining hands-on experience and training.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support across restoration and building projects.
· Help prepare basic insurance and building reports for clients.
· Assist with client communication — sending emails and answering queries.
· Schedule appointments for staff and contractors by contacting customers.
· Handle general office tasks like filing, data entry, and managing supplies.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement to exceed service standards and enhance data quality.
· Learn how to follow company procedures for reporting and service delivery.
· Elevate the client experience through exceptional customer service.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a team.
· Some previous experience in an office environment (preferred but not essential).
· A friendly, professional approach to customer service.
· Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
· Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines.
· Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to take initiative.
· Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· A proactive attitude and a desire to grow your skills.
· Australian or New Zealand citizenship required.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate: Condell Park, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: Office administration: 1 year (Preferred but not essential)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
