Known for our team culture and commitment to doing things right the first time, we’re now on the hunt for a Project Coordinator/Scheduler to join our operations team and support our ongoing success.
About the roleThis is a hybrid position ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a genuine interest in the plumbing or construction industry. You’ll work alongside our project managers, trades team, and clients to schedule jobs, manage admin and compliance documentation, and keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Whether you're a junior looking to grow into the role or a seasoned tradesperson ready to step off the tools while staying connected to the industry, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule daily and weekly work for field teams across maintenance, construction, and civil jobs
Monitor technician locations and job progress to allocate resources efficiently
Maintain project documentation including job folders, markups, and reports
Assist with supplier coordination and track job variations
Assist with estimating and claim preparation
Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and internal staff
Use scheduling systems, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools to manage daily workflows
Attend internal meetings, provide task updates, and contribute to process improvements
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
Organised, proactive, and enjoy ticking off a to-do list
A confident communicator who builds great rapport with tradies and clients alike
Tech-savvy and familiar with job management software (Simpro, AroFlo, or similar)
Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Someone with plumbing or construction industry experience – either onsite or in admin/support roles
Bonus Points For:
Prior experience in plumbing estimating, job costing, or project coordination
Knowledge of commercial plumbing processes or trade background
Understanding of project claims and variation tracking
A current driver’s licence
