Remote (Australia-based) | 15–20 hours/week | $32/hour + super + commission | Start mid-late July

We’re hiring a Marketing & Project Coordinator (People & Project Juggler) to help us manage projects, support clients and drive new business.

This is a remote, permanent part-time role perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident juggling websites, content, communication, and lead generation. You’ll spend most of your time managing client projects and marketing coordination, with some time dedicated to internal ops, content and lead gen support.

So if you love digital marketing, systems, working flexibly, and keeping things on track without the corporate BS, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Responsibilities

Project Management: Coordinate tasks, timelines and deliverables across WordPress and Shopify projects to ensure smooth, on-time delivery that’s within budget.

Client Communications: Onboard, update and support clients throughout their project lifecycle with clear, timely communication and excellent customer service.

Contractor Coordination: Liaise with our small remote team of creatives and developers to delegate and follow up on project tasks.

Marketing Support: Upload content, create and schedule emails, prep blogs and assist with website updates.

Internal/Agency Responsibilities

Content Creation: Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, email marketing campaigns, blogs and website updates for Naked Digital.

Process Optimisation: Proactively identify and document ways to improve systems, SOPs, and internal workflows for greater efficiency.

Website QA: Assist with preparing websites for launch, testing and quality assurance across devices and browsers.

Admin & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Jump in where needed to support the Director and team – from replying to emails and preparing briefs, to uploading content and chasing up assets.

Lead Generation & Business Development: We don’t expect cold outreach (yuck!) but someone who can spot warm opportunities, follow up on leads, and assist with proposal prep.

About Us

We’re Naked Digital – a web design and organic marketing agency based in Newcastle, working with Australian businesses and organisations that want websites that actually work, and marketing that doesn’t rely on gimmicks or sleazy tactics.

Now in our 7th year, we’ve built a strong reputation for straight-talking service, streamlined processes, and a seriously good client experience. We specialise in WordPress and Shopify websites, plus organic marketing services like SEO copywriting and email marketing.

With a healthy pipeline of work and long-term clients we love, we’re looking for a skilled, organised and detail-driven Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our small remote team. This is a high-trust, long-term role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment and loves both systems and people.

About You

You’re the kind of person who takes ownership, solves problems before they become issues, and genuinely cares about doing great work – for clients and the team. You’re calm under pressure, resourceful when things get messy, and take pride in delivering a job well done.

You value honesty, clear communication and respect, and you bring those values into every project, message and meeting. You’re just as comfortable managing timelines as you are writing a client update, chasing a brief, or uploading an Instagram Reel.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, project management or agency operations

Understand the ins and outs of websites, SEO, email marketing, content and social media

Are comfortable using tools like Dubsado, WordPress, Shopify, Google products, Canva, Slack and ClickUp (training provided)

Communicate clearly – both written and verbal

Deliver great customer service and keep things moving without fuss

Have a sharp eye for detail – broken links and typos don’t stand a chance!

Stay organised across multiple projects and can prioritise like a pro

Are proactive, trustworthy, and open to feedback

Value inclusivity and respect differences – you’re someone who brings emotional intelligence and tolerance to your work, our clients and your team

Bonus points if you’ve supported lead generation or sales or helped draft proposals.

No overseas agencies/freelancers, please. This is a client-facing role and we’re only considering applicants based in Australia.

What’s In It For You

You’ll be working directly and closely with the Director who is a flexible and supportive employer, along with other remote team members and contractors.

The right person will enjoy working with us as we are a hardworking, dynamic, growing business where we set the bench high in expectations for ourselves and our clients. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture where people love to come to work, learn, share and grow – and having a blast in the process.

Your opinion will be welcome, expected and valued and as a small nimble business, we can make quick decisions, so we are always looking to improve, grow and evolve… and we want to take you on that journey with us!

A permanent part-time role (15–20 hours/week) with flexibility

Remote work – no commuting, ever. Unless it’s for our Christmas party!

The chance to do varied work that actually makes an impact

A calm, no-drama environment that values initiative, integrity, friendship and getting things done

$32/hour + super + bonus commissions for lead generation
