LPGC Pty Ltd has multiple opportunities available across a range of civil construction projects in the Burpengary and Morayfield areas. These projects include civil infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential subdivisions.

We are seeking experienced Civil Construction workers for ongoing, long-term roles with opportunities for career growth and development.

ABOUT THE ROLES:

Monday to Friday, minimum 8-hour shifts

Overtime available

Physically demanding work – must be fit and capable

Ongoing roles with consistent work

Must have own reliable transport and tools of trade

CURRENT VACANCIES:

Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil construction operations on a major subdivision project. This role involves leading construction teams and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil construction stages, including bulk earthworks, pipework, roadworks, and concreting

Lead and coordinate direct labour and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, WHS legislation, and environmental requirements

Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety inspections

Monitor productivity, quality, and performance against project timelines

Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved

Maintain accurate site records and daily reporting

Civil Plumbers/Pipelayers

Minimum 2 years fulltime pipelaying experience (ticketed)

competant laying sewer, stormwater, watermain

reading and understaning plans and standards

Confined space, dogman tickets and pipe laser setup

Excavator Operators

Minimum 5 years operating

deep excavation, trenching, placing pipes and all aspect of back-fill and compaction

Final trim experience highly regarded

Multiskilled Operators

Competent in operating Moxys, rollers, and water trucks

HR licence required for water truck operation

Civil Labourers

Demonstrated experience in civil construction

Strong understanding of civil site fundamentals

Machine tickets (e.g., roller, skid steer) highly desirable

REQUIREMENTS:

White Card (Construction Induction)

Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence

Relevant tickets and licences for plant/machinery

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
