About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Civil Construction Mining Supervisors to join our team on a permanent 7/7 roster at a mine site near Coppabella. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled crew on a long-term project with a strong pipeline of civil and mining works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction and mining activities

Oversee daily operations of civil construction activities (Earthworks, roadworks, drainage & Tailings)

Lead a team of operators to deliver safe and efficient outcomes

Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental, and quality standards

Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments

Maintain accurate records and progress reports

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a supervisory role within civil construction

MUST have 3 years mining experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance

Relevant qualifications and tickets (S1, S2, S3, G2 and RIIs)

Ability to work a 7/7 day/night rotating roster

Current driver’s license and right to work in Australia
