We are a reputable civil construction company seeking a dedicated and experienced Operator to join our team in the Greater Brisbane area. You will be responsible for operating a range of plant equipment, including a 5-tonne excavator, Skidsteer to assist with site preparation and general civil construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate plant equipment, primarily a 5-tonne excavator, on civil construction sites.
Assist with site preparation, including earthworks, concreting, and other site related tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery.
Adhere to safety protocols and site procedures at all times.
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project timelines are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience operating plant equipment, particularly excavators, within a civil construction setting.
Current driver’s license and relevant plant operation tickets - HR license highly regarded
White Card (Construction Induction).
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team with various tasks.
