The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our elite kitchen brigade. If you're hungry to grow, love working with exceptional meat, and thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, this role is your next big move.

Who You Are

Experienced: You’re a proven CDP or existing Sous Chef who’s worked in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens.

Meat-Lover and Curious Cook: You’re obsessed with all things meat and eager to deepen your butchery, grilling, and aging knowledge.

Natural Leader: You bring calm authority, motivate others, and maintain high standards under pressure.

Culture-Builder: You’ve got grit, grace, and a great sense of humour — we take food seriously, not ourselves.
