Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Providing administrative support and assistance to the Courier team.

· Inbound and outbound calls

· Following up and problem solving by liaising between the client, sub-contractor and Dispatch Officer.

· Ensuring administrative aspects of the Courier Department are accurate and deadlines are consistently met. Including the processing of job modifications, compiling reports, processing and filing of sub-contractor and client paperwork and the Transport Management System (“TMS”) information.

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our operations department. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Administration experience preferred however not essential —just bring the right attitude and a strong work ethic!
