Sales Coordinator & Marketing Assistant

Based in Osborne Park, we're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in driving both our sales growth and brand presence across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Coordination & Customer Management:

Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and maintain relationships

Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects

Sales Follow-up: Track and follow up on quotes, proposals, and ongoing sales projects using our Pipedrive CRM system

Sales Administration: Manage sales documentation, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records

Customer Service: Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information to customers

Marketing Support:

Brand Management: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to manage and launch multiple brands and products

Content Creation: Aid in creating and managing content for our social media platforms

Website Management: Update, manage, and assist in designing our websites

Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and produce insightful reports

Marketing Materials: Coordinate the production of branded labels, flyers, brochures, and signage

Project Coordination: Monitor and follow up on marketing campaigns and customer projects

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

Strong Communication: Confident telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales Aptitude: Natural ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and handle rejection

Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and basic marketing principles Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Pipedrive experience a plus), and basic graphic design skills

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up consistently

Self-Motivated: Driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Basic graphic design and copywriting skills

Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Familiarity with automotive or industrial products
