We’re proudly family-owned, WA-based, and growing fast. Now, we’re on the hunt for a creative, motivated, and all-round awesome Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer to join our tight-knit team.

About the Role:
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves to switch between strategy and creativity. You'll support our Head of Marketing in delivering standout campaigns, designing scroll-stopping content, and keeping our brand looking sharp across every touchpoint - from digital to print to the playground.

Key Responsibilities:

Help design marketing materials including social media assets, EDMs, website graphics, print collateral, trade show signage, and product packaging.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.

Manage content scheduling across social media and email marketing platforms.

Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications.

Support with influencer campaigns and community engagement.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.

Keep up with trends and bring fresh, fun ideas to the table.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (agency or in-house).

Is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Canva.

Has a strong eye for layout, colour, typography, and detail.

Understands digital marketing and content trends across Meta, Mailchimp, and web CMS platforms.

Is a great communicator, team player, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Bonus points if you have basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or photography experience.
