We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growth. This is a true end-to-end Sales & Marketing role – blending strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across digital, brand, partnerships and revenue.

Driving commercial results through both strategic and tactical marketing will be your passion and expertise.

About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building brand awareness, growing bookings, and creating meaningful connections with our guests, partners, and community. You’ll manage all aspects of sales and marketing – from digital strategy and brand voice to partnerships, proposals, tactical activations, and long-term brand positioning.

This is a Fremantle-based role with regular travel to Rottnest Island – including day trips and occasional overnight stays. You’ll work closely with the leadership team across operations, events, and revenue to deliver outcomes that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and executing a clear and impactful sales and marketing strategy to drive occupancy, events, and F&B revenue.

Driving both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to maximise commercial outcomes, strengthen brand positioning, and optimise every opportunity.

Leading the planning and rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotions, packages, events, and activations in collaboration with the operations team.

Working with the Revenue and Conference & Events teams to prepare, approve, and convert proposals, ensuring every enquiry is turned into a sale.

Offering regular reporting to stakeholders on current strategies, commercial results, event performance, and campaign results, with proactive recommendations for adjustments and improvements.

Working with our external agency to oversee all digital and brand channels, including social media, CRM, email marketing, website performance, and paid campaigns.

Working closely with our PR agency to ensure consistent messaging, media exposure, and earned coverage that aligns with our brand goals, seasonal focus and commercial targets.

Building strategic partnerships with tourism organisations, travel trade, media, and aligned lifestyle brands.

Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across every touchpoint – from first impression to farewell.

Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance, constantly refining approaches to deliver a strong return on investment.

About You

A proven performer in hotel, resort, or tourism marketing and sales.

Commercially minded with a sharp understanding of how to drive revenue through strategic marketing.

Deep experience across digital platforms – CRM, analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and content marketing.

Confident communicator and relationship builder – with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Passionate about brand building, guest experience, and creating memorable moments.

Comfortable working across Fremantle and Rottnest Island, with regular travel as needed.
