About the role

Join the friendly team at Bathroom Warehouse as a Sales Assistant. This full-time role in our Perth, WA 6000 store is an excellent opportunity to apply your customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the overall success of our bathroom and home improvement business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with product selection, orders and purchases

Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations

Ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, organised and presentable

Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Handling cash, credit card and other payment methods

Supporting inventory management and stock control

Contributing to a positive team environment and overall store success

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product range

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Passion for providing outstanding customer service

Required to work Saturday from 9 to1 pm
