Based at our Bibra Lake location, this hands-on role blends logistics with creativity – perfect for someone who loves beautiful products and getting things done.

About the Role:

You’ll support our online store across day-to-day website admin, order fulfilment, and online merchandising. No two days are the same – one day you’ll be packing and dispatching customer orders, the next you might be helping organise a product shoot or updating the website with new arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with care and efficiency

· - Organise product photoshoots including prep, styling and coordination

· - Upload new products to Shopify (images, descriptions, pricing)

· - Merchandise online collections and support promotions/updates

· - Assist with customer service enquiries and basic reporting

· - Maintain accuracy of online stock, product details, and pricing

What You’ll Bring:

· - Experience in ecommerce, retail, warehousing or admin (preferred)

· - Strong attention to detail and love for neat, accurate work

· - Comfortable with tech tools like Shopify, Google Sheets or Canva

· - Interest in interiors, design, or retail presentation

· - A team-first mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
