Job Overview:
Join our thriving Christmas Farm Office Team!
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office administrator to assist in key tasks related to our retail POS system, product data entry, website updates, and general administration duties.
You will work closely with our Online Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate product information, and effective customer communications are carried out.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills & experience with retail systems.
Key Responsibilities:
POS System & Data Entry:
Enter Invoices and maintain product data in the retail POS system with high accuracy.
Upload via CSV files and update product listings on the website, ensuring correct descriptions, prices, images, and specifications.
Email & Customer Service:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, providing excellent customer service and product information.
Maintain and track customer communication and inquiries to ensure follow-ups and resolutions are completed.
Answering all general customer service enquiries via email
Answering phone calls to follow up with customer enquiries regarding general enquiries and where is my parcel. Tracking numbers etc.
Answering customer enquires via Facebook & Instagram messenger.
Processing of customer returns.
Manage inhouse loyalty systems
Assist Director in office administration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, or similar roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Basic understanding of POS systems (Point of Sale), with the ability to troubleshoot issues and manage daily operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing data and product listings.
Solid experience with customer service, including handling email inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general web-based software (content management systems, e-commerce platforms).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus but not essential.
Previous experience in accounts will be highly favourable
Hours
Monday | Tuesday | Thursday
3 Days Per Week and additional hours available in Peak Season.
