Office Administrator – Part-Time (Customer-Focused Role)

🕒 Hours: 24–30 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Hire A Hubby Property Maintenance Ormeau and Beenleigh are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Beenleigh. This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating positive experiences for customers while keeping operations running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for our clients and the glue that keeps the office together, your role will be vital to our continued success.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly, professional first point of contact via phone, email and in-person
Manage general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing and correspondence
Monitor and coordinate office supplies, incoming mail and deliveries
Assist with event planning and occasional social media content coordination
Respond to customer enquiries and manage follow-ups efficiently
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
✅ What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in an office administration or customer service-based role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Salesforce, Xero, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
