Silkwood School is seeking 2 new Community Relations Advisors to join our team at our Robina Campus.
You will be one of our growing school's most important 'faces' and 'touch' points.
As one of our Community Relations Advisors, every day, if not every hour, can be quite different, so being able to shift smoothly between tasks is essential.
You might be welcoming a politician who has come to see why our school deserves additional funding. Helping a Year 10 Student in the First Aide area, while waiting for Mum or Dad to pick them up from health hub.
You will be the type of person that can take this in your stride, while you get on with the administrative tasks you need to attend to that keep our school operating at a high level. Which means, you are someone who likes interacting with people, is terrific at making people feel welcome AND you have an eye for detail while managing multiple interruptions throughout the day.

What you'll need to succeed:
Strong IT skills and database experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Word Processing
Inspire people who contact our school (phone, email, or face-to-face) to believe in what we are doing and feel that they immediately belong in our community
Ability to coordinate extracurricular activities
Excellent organisation skills, including ability to organise e-files and email
Work with multiple team members across our campuses
Be dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth
Enjoy being around students from Years 10 - 12
