The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Administration Officer supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Logistics Manager to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). Flexible days are available, but Wednesdays are preferred for payroll processing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support weekly payroll processing
Maintain accurate payroll
Managing rosters for approx. 100 employees via Tanda
Handling onboarding/offboarding payroll paperwork
Supporting accounts payable/receivable functions
Assisting with inventory and purchasing administration
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll/accounts
Proficiency in Xero Payroll, Tanda, and MS Office
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with Fishbowl software (highly regarded)
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
