The City of Joondalup is seeking a reliable and hardworking casual Rating Services Officer with great customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a great team player with strong multitasking skills.
Reporting to our Coordinator Rating Services, this position will provide administrative support to the Rating Service Team. Key tasks include attending to inward emails, emailing or mailing correspondence to ratepayers, recording all correspondence and documents in the City’s record management system. You will undertake a variety of tasks with the aim of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the rating services team and provision of high level of customer service.
The successful applicant will have good administrative and problem-solving skills, sound numeracy and communication skills and experience in providing customer service in a high-pressure environment.
The first half of the financial year is the busiest time for the Rating Service Team and this role has the opportunity to work up to full time hours between August 2025 and November 2025.

Demonstrated organisational skills
