About the Role
We are looking for a reliable casual reception/administrative assistant/ office allrounder. This role will initially be on a casual basis with a view to becoming permanent position and increased hours. We require someone for 2 days per weel week, roughly 6 hours a day. Days and times can be flexible. Duties will include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This diverse role will include providing support to our Accounts team, Office Manager and Sales Managers. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, positive and strives to do their best at all times. This particular role can be somewhat challenging therefore the candidate must be able to prioritise workload, have high attention to detail, good problem solving abilities and be able to multi-task.
The responsibilities of this role will include but is not limited to:
-Reception Duties
-Data Entry
-Billing of Debtor Accounts
-Creating Purchase Orders
-Assisting with closing off EOM
-Reporting using Myob Exo & Microsoft Excel
-Scheduling meetings and recording of minutes
-Answering customer queries via email and phone
-Filing/Archiving
-Debt Collection and Credit Control
-Processing Credit Applications
-Processing credit card payments
-Provide support for the Accounts and Administration Team
-Basic IT knowledge / Computer Skills
-MYOB EXO experience desirable but not essential
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
