Ray White RPG is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team on the beautiful Central Coast. Based in Saratoga, this part-time role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and an outstanding team culture.

Your Day-to-Day:

You'll be the key contact for both landlords and tenants, overseeing every aspect of property management including:

End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio

Marketing and leasing, tenant selection, lease administration

Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Providing up-to-date rental advice and market insights to landlords

Ensuring compliance with legislation and documentation standards

Maintaining strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who is not just experienced, but passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Proven Property Management experience (residential focus preferred)

A strong grasp of NSW residential tenancy laws and compliance

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities

Familiarity with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, Console Cloud)

A customer-first mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
