About the role
We are seeking an experienced Family Support Worker for a clients based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The casual position with fixed shifts means you can enjoy a great work/life balance.
In addition to the benefits mentioned, you’ll find purpose in your work, knowing that you’re helping vulnerable children, and their families unlock their full potential.

  • Assist the family with their daily routine to assist with creating a calm and happy home
  • Support family time by visiting the local park and other social activities as needed
  • Provide domestic support and prompt family members to assist where suitable
  • Have a willingness to work with direction from the family to maintain a routine based and stable home

About you

  • Experience working with vulnerable children who have experienced trauma
  • The ability to implement and follow personal care plans
  • Flexible availability for shifts
  • Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Australian Driver's License and a registered passenger vehicle
