Client Manager / Senior Bookkeeper (WFH – Casual with Flexibility)

About the Role

This is a casual work-from-home position with 25–35 hours per week across 4 to 5 set days (flexible with start/finish times).
You'll play a critical role in supporting both our clients and our bookkeeping team with tasks such as:

Weekly review and oversight of bookkeeping files

Direct communication with clients to ensure quality and compliance

Payroll reviews and troubleshooting

Review of BAS and IAS

This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, confidently make decisions, and enjoys taking ownership of client outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who ticks most (or all) of the following:

Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping and payroll experience

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting (or higher)

Experience leading or supervising a team

Xero expertise is a must

MYOB and QuickBooks experience is a bonus

Strong attention to detail and great time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tech savvy and confident working across multiple platforms

Experience integrating third-party apps and payment gateways

Able to look beyond the transaction to understand the business needs

Experience with Xero add-ons (Deputy, Workflow Max, ServiceM8, Tradify) and payment gateways (Stripe, Square, PayPal) is highly regarded.
Familiarity with Karbon is also an advantage but not essential.
