The role
Coral Coast Frames & Trusses is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Geraldton, WA on a casual basis.
Key responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices
Reconcile purchase orders
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with the preparation of payroll, including calculating hours, deductions, and net pay
Contribute to the administration team as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in accounts payable - experience with MYOB is essential
Experience with SharePoint and the Microsoft suite is preferable
Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer
At Coral Coast Frames & Trusses, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and flexible work environment. The role is Tuesday and Thursday (approx. 12 hours/week), school hours available if required.
