Key Responsibilities:

• End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Weekly payroll processing and reconciliation
• Assisting in project work
• Reconciliations
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports
• Contribute to end-of-month processes
• Financial administration

About You:

• A proven track record within a similar role, ideally from within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency accounting software (ideally Xero, Chris21 or MYOB) and Excel
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working with confidential information
