Statewide Survey Group are a small personalised Surveying & Town Planning firm looking to expand our team. Based out of the Redlands we service from Northern New South Wales to North Queensland. Our long standing team have over 130 years experience in Cadastral and Engineering surveying.

Our systems and processes are up to the international standards of Quality, Environment & Safety. We aim to provide quality products, fast turnaround & great customer service.

We provide a range of surveys to clients. From vacant lot contours to 1 into 2 lot subdivisions to 30 storey apartment buildings. We've previously worked on exciting projects such as the Howard Smith Wharves & South City Apartments.

About The Role:

• Day to day works would involve timesheet entry, order & invoice creation, apply payments, chase overdue invoices, bank reconciliation, prepare & process payroll
• Provide assistance to director & management staff
• Generate reports where required
• General administrative and clerical support
• Generous salary & negotiable dependant on experience

• Training for the role provided

About You:

• Drivers Licence
• Motivated Self Starter
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• 2-3 years experience in accounts administration role (MYOB experience preferable)
• Construction industry experience advantageous but not required
