The role
As the Senior Civil Engineer you will be the face of the Gold Coast office, lead the civil function and help shape the team.

• Drive quality and performance, oversee project planning, resourcing, and cost tracking, with real accountability and visibility across the full lifecycle
• Design and deliver work across roads, subdivisions, earthworks, stormwater, and infrastructure projects from concept through to construction
• Mentor junior team members and support development through performance reviews and day-to-day coaching
• Manage project resourcing and programming, allocate tasks, monitor budgets, and track progress
• Take charge of client communication, provide regular updates on project performance, budgets, and milestones

You

• RPEQ (or very close to achieving it)
• 7+ years' experience in civil engineering, ideally across urban infrastructure, roads, or subdivisions in Australia
• Comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior staff
• Able to manage clients and consultants confidently
• Ambitious, hands-on, and ready to build something new
• Strong network and ability to secure projects

This role would suit someone who's confident in their technical skills and ready to step into a more strategic, client-facing position with real input into how things are done.
