We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Design and Draftsperson to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in civil engineering design and documentation to further develop their skills within a collaborative and professional environment.

You will work closely with senior engineers and designers to support the preparation of civil design drawings, plans, and documentation for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed civil and structural engineering drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D and Revit

Proficient Revit skills

Assist in the design of civil works including infrastructure, earthworks, and site development

Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project outputs

Review and revise drawings based on feedback or changes in design

Maintain REVIT libraries, drawing registers, and filing systems in accordance with company standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering Drafting or related discipline

Proficiency in Revit

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

Basic understanding of civil design principles and construction processes

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic engineering team

0–2 years of relevant experience in a drafting/design role (graduates welcome to apply)
