About the Role:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer (ANZSCO 233211) to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a sound understanding of civil and geotechnical engineering principles, particularly in site supervision, structural investigations, and construction compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage daily construction site operations to ensure compliance with engineering plans, safety regulations, and quality standards

· Conduct land and geotechnical site investigations, including surveying, soil and rock testing, and environmental analysis

· Prepare technical reports, progress documentation, and engineering drawings in accordance with Australian Standards

· Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies

· Manage project scope, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling to ensure efficient delivery

· Support engineering team with project estimation, structural inspections, and compliance reporting

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord recognised)

· Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in site engineering, geotechnical assessments, and project delivery

· Proficient in AutoCAD and civil engineering software

· Familiarity with Australian Standards and OH&S regulations

· Strong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills

· Must have Australian work rights or be eligible for employer-sponsored visa
