Your New Role:

With support from a Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of a range of projects including subdivisions, roads, reserves, drainage, water & sewerage reticulation and civil infrastructure.

• Establish, monitor and review project life cycles to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Coordinating the outputs of a project team and management in delivering support across the business
• Managing client relationships and actively building industry networks
• Liaising with council, authorities, consultants and other stakeholders
• Managing tenders & contract documentation and processing variations

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a background in either design, project management or construction administration in a consulting environment
• Exposure to managing the delivery of land development projects
• Proven record of exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• An innovative and solutions-focused approach
• Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
• A fine eye for detail and taking pride in project outcomes
