Civil Survey Applications is a leading developer and distributor of civil engineering and survey software across Australia and internationally. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Civil Technical Solutions Executive to join our team and take the lead in driving adoption and sales of our flagship product, Civil Site Design.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a civil engineer or designer who’s looking to make a change and explore a new part of the industry. If you’re passionate about infrastructure design but want to step away from traditional project delivery and into a role that combines technology, consulting, and customer engagement, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you will work closely with civil engineers, designers, and local government professionals, helping them understand the value Civil Site Design can bring to their projects. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting software solutions, and supporting customers through trials, demonstrations, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Civil Site Design software to civil engineering consultants, councils, and contractors

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and discovery sessions

Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and onboarding

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Provide technical insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies

Attend industry events, webinars and represent the company in key customer meetings

Collaborate with internal teams including support, marketing, and development

About You

Civil engineering or related technical background (diploma or degree preferred)

Experience working with civil design software such as Civil Site Design, Civil 3D, 12d, or OpenRoads

Strong communication and presentation skills

A passion for solving engineering challenges with technology

Proven ability in sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting (or a strong interest in developing in this area)

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven to succeed
