About the Role

With a focus on high end Cosmetic procedures we are looking for staff members that will grow into leadership roles as we continue to grow our vision. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for completing all aspects of the front office role including processing payments, internal reporting, customer service, proposing complex treatment plans to patients and running our front desk. It is key that the right candidate has a understanding of Marketing and excellent communication skills.

About you

You will be an outgoing, trustworthy and caring individual with a bubbly personality, ready to hit the ground running. You will need to:

Enjoy and be adept at building relationships with patients (and colleagues) and able to build rapport both over the phone and face to face

Have proven knowledge in general dentistry. Cosmetic dentistry knowledge in veneers, crowns, smile makeovers and implant surgery is preferred but not essential as ongoing mentoring and support will be offered.

Be professionally presented with excellent communication skills

Have excellent computer skills, including using Microsoft Office & Dental 4 Windows
