About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative support as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and secretarial support to the Nurse Unit Manager. Provide reception duties including telephone enquiries, face-to-face enquiries, and redirection where appropriate, and taking accurate messages for staff.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Liaise with Senior Administration Office Metro North Mental Health RBWH in regard to all issues impacting on work area.
- Complete data entry and maintain accuracy and integrity of information in databases while adhering to confidentially requirements.
- Perform specific and general administrative tasks related to recruitment, processing vacancies, commencements, terminations, transfers, and completion of relevant documentation required for onboarding of new starters.
- Comply with and adhere to Queensland Health policies, procedures, standards, and legislation relevant to the role and work area.
