The Role

Managing and provide technical guidance to a team of plant mechanics + apprentices

Monitor and oversee day-to-day maintenance requirements

Coordinate allocation of resources and equipment

Monitor workshop performance metrics such as turn around times and implement improvements

Leadership, conflict management and the ability to delegate tasks

To be successful

Ideally from a trade background with a Cert III in Plant Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrical

Experience managing and leading a workshop of 10+ tradesmen
