Position Summary:
As a BYD Workshop Manager, you will provide technical support for repairs and maintenance, oversee work quality, and assist in explaining vehicle issues. Manage workshop operations and complete BYD-assigned technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical support for repairs and maintenance.

Supervise work quality and guide staff.

Assist in explaining vehicle issues to customers.

Complete BYD technical tasks.

Manage workshop operations.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Train and mentor technicians.

Ensure compliance with repair procedures.

Organize training sessions and coordinate BYD technical programs.

Conduct customer-facing technical workshops.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.

Training: Technical and management courses.

Experience:

8+ years in automotive repair, including 2+ years in workshop management.

Strong mechanical knowledge.

Familiarity with BYD operations is advantageous.

Skills:

Computer proficiency.

Strong communication and training skills.

Valid driver’s license and automotive certifications.

Attitude: Hardworking and adaptable.
