Location: Mosman NSW 2088

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No weekend work!)

Are you ready to step up and lead from the front? We’re a busy, well-established tyre and mechanical workshop servicing all makes and models of light vehicles – and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Manager / Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, high-quality workmanship, and top-notch customer service. Working closely with the team, you’ll coordinate jobs, support staff, and help drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians

Communicate with customers and provide quotes/updates

Assist with inventory, ordering parts, and workshop scheduling

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed

Support the manager with admin and team leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a workshop controller or similar role

Solid understanding of mechanical repairs and servicing

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A team player with a great attitude
