Position Summary:
As a BYD Workshop Manager, you will provide technical support for repairs and maintenance, oversee work quality, and assist in explaining vehicle issues. Manage workshop operations and complete BYD-assigned technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for the maintenance work of the after-sales service department

2. Supervise the quality of maintenance work, guide subordinates to carry out work, and ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work

3. Assist superiors to explain vehicle problems

4. Complete relevant technical work entrusted by TMCI

5. Responsible for workshop site management to ensure that the entire workshop is in the best condition

6. Responsible for technical support, technical guidance and technical management during workshop maintenance and production

7. Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing difficult faults, and answering external technical information consultations

8. Responsible for technical teaching to workshop technicians and providing technical assistance

9. Supervise the execution of workshop maintenance operation procedures, solve or organize research on problems encountered during maintenance

10. Rationally formulate and implement workshop training plans, be responsible for training on new models or new technologies, conduct targeted assessments, and organize workshop employees to participate in technical training sponsored by BYD

11. Cooperate with claims specialists to report product problems, successfully claim, and actively provide product quality information to BYD

12. Responsible for technical lectures for users and cooperate in organizing related activities

13. Complete the tasks assigned by the service manager in a timely manner; cooperate with the daily work of the workshop supervisor

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.

Training: Received training in maintenance technology, management, etc.

Experience:

5+ years in automotive repair, including 2+ years in workshop management.

Those who are proficient in mechanical and automobile-related knowledge are preferred

Familiarity with BYD operations is advantageous.

Skills:
